Purity Coffee® contains only high-quality Arabica coffee beans with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 205 degrees F (96 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

We take our decaf seriously because we want to honor those of you who love coffee and want to drink it for both pleasure and health benefits, but wish to be mindful of caffeine intake. Purity BALANCE is made of the same highly vetted coffee we use in our other blends, and we send the coffee directly from the farm to the Swiss Water® decaffeination facility in Canada. The proprietary Swiss Water® Process (SWP) yields a coffee that is more than 99.9% caffeine-free, which is the best in the industry. In addition, our roasting partner makes sure to clear the roasters of any leftover regular coffee before doing a run of Purity CALM and roasts the decaf to a level that retains the chlorogenic acids (CGA) and a balance of sweetness and subdued acidity. The result is the highest quality decaf on the market: specialty grade, certified organic, Rainforest Alliance, Smithsonian Bird Friendly, regeneratively farmed and SWP decaffeinated.
